Dutch PHP Conference
This year the Dutch PHP Conference is going to be an online event. Join the event and expect two days filled with insights, inspiration, and exclusive talks on PHP & web technology.
On Thursday, June 17th, you can enjoy masterclasses from the PHP & Web Tech community. These will be online workshops, hosted in small groups where you’ll get an opportunity to spend time with an expert, talking specific in-depth topics. The afternoon will be dedicated to one of the most important topics of the day: Diversity and inclusion in tech. Our very own Francesca Marano will be welcomed as panel moderator for that topic.
The main conference day is on Friday, June 18th, and is full of interesting live-streamed talks! For a detailed program of the event please check out the schedule. Registering for this event is also possible, you can collect your (free) ticket via this link.
Join us for 2 full days of Insights, Inspiration & Exclusive talks around PHP and Web Technology!
June 17 and 18, 2021 – DPC Online edition
In light of health and safety recommendations from public health authorities, and our assessment of the duration of this pandemic, we will be organising the DPC conference as an 100% online event on June 17 & 18, 2021.
Master Classes & Exclusive talks
Join our pre-conference Workshop day Thursday, June 17 with masterclasses from the PHP & Web Tech community. These online workshops are in small groups and provide an opportunity to spend time with an expert, going in-depth on a specific topic. And the afternoon we dedicate time to one of the most important topics today: Diversity and Inclusion in Tech.
New blogpost by Cal Evans
“It’s an honor for me to be associated with DPC again. I’ll gladly stand in front of a camera for this year, tell bad jokes between speakers, and introduce those speakers to you.” ‘’If you have never been to a PHP conference before, do yourself a favor and block off June 18th, 2021 and get yourself a ticket to DPC21.’’ Read Cal Evans’ blog post “Everything changes…even conferences”
We’ve got some DPC 2021 schedule changes and new announcements to share with you. First off, the 2-part workshop on Thursday, June 17th, “Moving Forward with Legacy Code” (Matthias Noback) is unfortunately canceled. The good news is that we’ve turned this into something positive: We are dedicating this time to one of the most important topics today: Diversity and Inclusion in Tech.
Host Cal Evans’ blog “YAOC”
Welp, here I am staring at June 2021 on the calendar and know that one of my favorite PHP community events, The Dutch PHP Conference, is yet again going virtual. Yup, Yet Another Online Conference. (YAOC) Just another day of YAOC Shaving in a polo shirt and my pajama bottoms. Given the circumstances, YAOC is better than NCAL.
